Parthasarathi Roy

Director – Technical & Strategic Alliances / Chief Technology Officer

Mr. P. Roy is a Technocrat, with an expertise in global tie ups with an experience of over 28 years.

He is the Founder Director of Fuzitek Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd., EaseCraft Exports Pvt. Ltd., CraftWell Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pheonix Security Pvt. Ltd.

He has been a driving force behind positioning EphiZo Tech Assistive Technologies in the National Blindness Control Mission and National Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Mission.

He has given renewed thrust to indigenization in these critical sectors in sync with the ‘Make in India’ initiative of the Government of India.

Mr. Roy is a B. Sc and B. E. (Electronics & Communications), and holds a PG Diploma in Computer System Analysis & Design, as well as Management in Exports & Import Management.

He initiated his career in the year of 1990.

He is a visionary, leader & team motivator exceeding organizational expectations. Also, has a renowned market reputation of reviving of Independent Business Units and Turnover Bottom Line.

Increasing of Gross Margin by improving P&L and Cost Reduction by setting of company norms and guidelines.

Shantanu Chowdhury

Director - Communication, Client Management & Public Relations/Marketing & Sales.

Mr. S. Chowdhury brings with him over 20 years of professional versatile experience across diverse sectors of Shipping and Advertising.

Prior to setting up EphiZo Tech Assistive Technologies, Mr. S. Chowdhury was the Proprietor at Idea Tree Media Inc., handling top end brands such as the likes of, M & B Footwear, Mahindra Finance, and in the Optical luxury segment, Montblanc, Tom Ford, Celine, Swarovski, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Ferragamo & Ck. In a separate vertical under Wide Frame Communications –worked for clients like Carl Zeiss, Pearson Educations, S. Chands & Navneet Publishing.

While at REALITY MEDIA SERVICES (360 degree Advertising Agency) – Business Development and Team Building. Client Servicing Grohe, Pernod Ricard, VLCC, Life Style, L’Oréal, Moen, Indusind Bank & Seagram. Generating revenue for the entire North Zone, Operations, Business Development and managing Teams.  

While at SHLOK MEDIA PVT.LTD. (Outdoor Media)

Client Servicing Seagram, Planet Retail & SBI, ABS, AAFT, Marwah Studio, Dabur India & Onida. Launch campaigns for Sharktooth (Diego), Guess (Planet Retail) & 100 Pipers.

Mr. S. Chowdhury is a BBA and qualified in Marketing, Management Accounting, Operations Research, Insurance, Statistics, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Finance, Materials Management, Banking law and Behavioral Sciences. He initiated his career in the year of 2005.

He has immense professional experience in marketing, public relations, business development, client management and entrepreneurial skills. Strong beliefs in building relations with clients/ stakeholders and team building spirit. Is immensely aware of the constant evolving technology and its benefits and the importance of adapting to this evolution.

Mr. H.S. Sukarchakia brings over three decades of experience spanning tea, agriculture, golf, luxury eyewear, modern format retail industries and luxury to EphiZo Assistive Technologies. He has acquired significant exposure across manufacturing, trading, marketing, operations, sales and business development functions. A leader with a strong belief in the power of teamwork combined with strong interpersonal skills that have helped to forge and retain important business partnerships.

Work Experience

Head for the Montblanc Corporate Gifts Division and Regional Business Head (North), in the Luxury Eyewear Division with Omni Astra (handled brands like LVMH, Tom Ford, Montblanc, Swarovski, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel etc).

Vice- President – Business Development with GolfLan.Com (National & International) – Strategic Planning (Growth & Revenue), Initiating partnerships with Companies globally, Global Tie ups with Golf courses / Golf Clubs, B2B Tie-ups with Banks & Corporates, Driving Revenue & Responsible for 50% of the Co.’s revenue via Engagement vertical, Client Servicing and Event Management. Organizing Golf tournaments (International), Golf Sponsorships (Globally), Sales & Marketing of Golfers Cards and building Distribution Channels.

Vice-President – Business Development with Marco Polo Communication Group (Telecom Carrier) – Thailand – Client & Business expansion globally in Voice Trading (Global clients held – Deutsche Telekom, Colt, Ivy & Teltac). Underwent training in Operations and Value Added Services in Singapore.

Formulating, launching and marketing of a unique form of stress management termed Relax-ology (a combination of guided audio meditations and clinical foot reflexology) for both corporates and individuals. Vice President, Business Development & Projects – with Cocoberry Restaurants & Distributors Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon – Retail chain in Frozen Yogurts – Expansion of retail presence Pan-India. These included High Street locations, Malls and Strategic tie-ups with the likes of Big Cinema, Lite Bite Foods, PVR, Clubs, Institutions, etc. Developing and setting up Business Processes & Systems within the Company with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as part of the company’s restructuring and expansion programme.   

 Headed the strategic (brand positioning/pricing/distribution network/sales plans/targets and marketing strategies) initiatives that included launching Cocoberry’s Imported branded, breakfast Cereals and Frozen Berries.

Senior Manager, Business Development, (National) & Sales (NCR) – with FieldFresh Foods/ Del Monte Pvt. Ltd., (A Bharti Enterprise), Gurgaon – was amongst the first few to have been employed in the company which was initially primarily Exporting Fruits and Vegetables (F&V) via the contract farming model. Set up an F&V Unit, in Azadpur. Client base ranged from Big Bazaar, Spencer’s, ABRL-More, Easy Day, Big Apple, Mother Dairy, Modern Bazaar, SRS Value Bazaar, Saabka Bazaar etc. Pioneered and headed a highly successful venture for Business Development initiatives for brand-building nationally and initiated the Direct to Consumer/Fruit a Day/Direct to Retailer ventures across the NCR, in packed form. Clients ranged from Airtel, Pepsi, Easy Day, Bank of America, Fitness First, IREO, Max New York Life, MetLife, RWA’s to name a few. Servicing over 300 plus outlets in Delhi/NCR. HORECA segment for branded frozen products IRCTC, YUM, ITC, Wal-Mart, Big Bazaar, Max, Big Apple, ABRL (More), Carrefour, Spar’s, Modern Bazaar, Needs, Le Marche etc.
